Landmark Golf's golf course design and construction division offers the expertise and experience of individuals with backgrounds in agronomy, landscape architecture, land planning, architectural graphics, turfgrass management and, more important, individuals with firsthand experience in developing and operating some of the most outstanding golf courses in the world.

The officers of Landmark Golf, from 1972 to date, have joined with Pete Dye to design and construct seventeen world class golf courses in the United States and have a working agreement to design and construct courses in the future for select individual clients.

Landmark Golf has also joined with Fred Couples, Dr. Gil Morgan and Clive Clark to design The Plantation in Indio, California, Oak Quarry in Riverside, California, and The Hide Away in La Quinta, California.
