Development, Construction and Administration
- Value Engineering – Value
engineering is performed daily by the cost conscious team Landmark
assembles for each project. As necessary, Landmark sub-contracts
appropriate phases of a project to engineering firms for scrutiny
and supplemental value engineering review
- Construction Contract Administration
– Continuous communication coupled with tight job cost control
accounting
- Architecture/Engineering Contract Administration
– Landmark designates a lead architect and engineer as required
for each job
- Inspection Services –
Landmark utilizes in-house staff and retains outside consulting
firms to assist in geo-technical, structural and underground improvements
as well as inspector service providers when necessary
- Construction Review, Scheduling and
Developing Information Reporting Systems for Tracking Project
Status – This is performed weekly by including Landmark’s
top management in a construction review meeting with all involved
disciplines and individuals in attendance
- Cost Estimating – Provided
by outside professionals with very thorough review by Landmark’s
project development team
