
Developed
with the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe on its 3,200 acre reservation,
the resort will ultimately offer 72 holes of Pete Dye designed
golf integrated into the native landscape at the foot of the
mountains. The first course Nu Wav Kaiv (Sun Mountain) built
by Landmark Golf, opened in 1995 and was included
in Golf Digest’s Top Ten Courses in Nevada. The second
golf course Tav Ai Kaiv (Snow Mountain) also built by Landmark Golf, opened in 1996. Along with golf, the resort
includes an 800 acre resort core and additional hotel/casino
sites. Additional uses planned include a theme park, residential,
timeshare and office/commercial.
