Oak Valley, a master planned community, envisioned, designed
and operated by Landmark in the cities of Beaumont and Calimesa,
is located on 6,725 acres and includes mixed-uses of residential,
commercial, business park/industrial, golf course, public
and open spaces. Thousands of developable acres out of the
overall Oak Valley master plan have been sold to national
merchant builders such as Pulte/Del Web, Pardee Construction
and Sun-Cal. Three championship golf courses are open for
public play. Oak Valley Golf Club was designed and built by
Landmark Golf Design and the two golf courses by Schmidt-Curley
Design, Inc. are owned and operated by the Southern California
Section of the PGA of America with its Section Headquarters
on site with the PGA of Southern California Golf Club at Oak
Valley.
